Spoke to Roberto while I was on vacation in Panama City Beach. He told me to follow up with them because I wasn’t ready to start the policy at the moment. I called in today and he got me ready within 30 minutes. Super fast very efficient and patient. If you ever need a new policy, hit up Roberto!
I called and asked for help and was cut off while I was talking, transferred several times, put on hold for 20 minutes with no follow up, told the wrong information. The people working at this location 7/3 1pm were rude and unprofessional. I spoke with 3 different people, Carlos being one of them.
