A representative attempted to impose an entirely unjustified premium increase based on a completely fabricated accident report that simply does not exist. Customer service was great. I came in the last five minutes of them about to be closed. I still was able to get a quote and get covered. I was confused and got lost at the wrong center. They still happily assisted me and my service was amazing. Eddie was the best and so patient
