This bike repair shop is terrible. I had an awful experience. After returning at the appointed time to pick up my bike, they had not done anything to it. They sort of did what I asked but left an entire seat unbolted on my bucket bike. The attitude of the guy was complete trash.
I stopped by to have them check on my rear derailleur, as my chain has been slipping for a while now. The assistant quickly diagnosed me needing a new chain, but Sokeun recommended actually just an adjustment, which he did on the spot, saying that it might end up being much more complicated. Even if I do need to go back to replace the chain eventually, I appreciate the thoughtfulness and the chance to see if I can get some more miles out of what I have.
Very uncomfortable experience When I walked in a large dog came up to me and was all in my space. I wanted him to go away and the owner wouldn't put him up, she told me it was fine as if it wasn't my choice. Then she refused to let me shop on my own, kept telling me not to touch things and insisted on passing each item to me. Wanted to try and support a local business but left empty handed and would not return.
Veloworx offers great service and knowledge about all types of bikes. I no longer live in the area but I drive out my way to buy and service my bicycles here
