I agree with the person that said the secretary or who ever , isn't very nice. I called to say my rx hadn't gone to the right pharmacy, she insisted that I check again I went to my pharmacy and they said, they hadn't gotten anything. Dr Velotta, how ever was very nice.
I can not trust this doctor anymore. She allowed her receptionist to change medical records. I adked her upon arrival if the receptionist could see my records as I knew the receptionist was untrustworthy. Dr. Velotta assured me my info was safe. I just recently found out that was not true and I am reporting her to the medical board.

Dr Velotta delivered my son on 4/9/23. When I found out I was pregnant in the summer 2022, I wanted to find the best OB possible, and decided on Dr Velotta at Lake OBGYN. I had met and worked with the other doctors in the office, but prayed she was the one to deliver my son. And my prayers were answered and she was.
