Great service and quick repair! The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, and my bike is now working perfectly. Fair pricing and a smooth experience. Highly recommend.
They fixed a rear tire flat and found I needed a new tube, so I added this extra expense to my bill which was very reasonable for such quick quality service. I was very impressed with Velotique's overall work and customer service. Thnx
Dropped my bike off to be boxed up for a trip leaving on Saturday morning. Called in advance to confirm if it would be ready before our flight. Dropped it off on Monday and asked them if they could guarantee it would be ready for pick up on Friday. The guy made a note and told me it would be. It was not ready on Friday and they don’t open till 11 on Saturday, so it was not able to get on the flight. It was not ready until 1:40 on Saturday afternoon.
