Took my bike in to get a "tune up". They had do do some additional work and said it would take a few days. They had it out the door in just one day! Thanks Velosoul!
I drove 150 miles one way to pick up my bikes from Velosoul. I ordered three bikes but the factory only shipped two to the shop. they still went above and beyond and will be delivering the bike to me, that my friends is customer service. if I ever need another bike or parts I will order it from them. Great people, great vibe, great advice, and outstanding customer service what more could you want?
