I called them a week ago and talked to a female. I specified I have no legs and need my trike as a mobile device. All I needed was my brakes done but can't walk away. She said, "we are not going to leave you stranded". I was asked to bring trike to see if they had the parts, so I did and made an appointment for today. Upon arriving I was told they needed at least 3 hours, and I had to leave my bike. I explained myself again(sadly the girl was not there) but they made no accommodation.
