Erin is the guy to talk to when it comes to bikes and ebikes. He is really friendly, has a wealth of knowledge and loves to share it. I love how open he is when it comes to discussing the pros and cons as he tells you directly his thoughts on what makes something great or not. He's always looking out for his customers and trying to recommend bikes/accessories to fit them rather than convincing people to fit the bikes/accessories. I had an emergency bike issue today which led to me googling bike repairs in the area and came across VeloLifestyle. Thankfully the issue turned out to be a quick fix and the staff were so sweet and helpful and fixed it within a couple minutes. They saved my day, and I haven't had such good service in a long time--thank you so much, VeloLifestyle!
I'm a bit of a rare case. I own an electric bike that was not purchased from Velolifestyle. But I'm writing this review, as Erin and the staff at Velolifestyle make me feel like a customer every time I go in. I've been there several times for maintenance related questions when my own bike shop was busy or uninterested, and they went out of there way to help me, even though they had no reason to.
