Was thinking of upgrading to Megura breaks so I went in to the store to see if my bike was compatible. Erin went above and beyond, taking the time to answer all of my questions, and was very knowledgeable. Friendly and experienced staff with vast selection of parts and accessories to choose from 10/10
I’m an everyday bike commuter, all weather, all temps (save those really ugly snowy days). I got really tired of servicing my chain every three months (and cleaning once a week) and went on a hunt for solutions. Enter: Belt Drive! Not many shops in Vancouver are selling belt drive bikes but velolifestyle have multiple options. This is the best experience I’ve ever had in a bike shop. I’ve been wanting to upgrade my bike and stopped in randomly over the weekend thinking I might take a quick look, maybe test ride a bike. Erin was SO helpful and I ended up riding out with a brand new Pelago bike and a ton of new accessories. I took it straight on a 30 km ride and absolutely love this bike. Thanks so much for answering all my questions and setting me up with a bike I’m so excited to ride every day, and just in time for summer!
