10/10 for after sale support. I recently purchased a road frameset from Veloholic to build up a new bike. The frame manufacturer included some wrong parts in the box, which unfortunately required me to go back to the shop for assistance. Thankfully, the Veloholic team were quick to replace the incorrect part immediately from their floor stock, making it their problem instead of mine. The mechanic also stopped what they were doing to put my partially assembled bike on the repair stand and diagnose an issue I was having with n... read more

Regretfully got my bike here. Shop was fine as I was waiting for my bike to be built up and made my final payment. Once I received my bike, was told to bring it back for a tune up as part of the purchase. Ran into some indexing issues and sent an email asking for an appointment/servicing and was ignored. Sometimes later, went back again in person to ask about some component upgrades and was told to email the shop. Again, the email was ignored.
