I came in, having no interaction with this shop in the past, and I was met with owners Phil and Peter. I needed a chain catcher for my TT bike, and I inquired about the benefits of having both a 1x and 2x setup for events. 10/10 for after sale support. I recently purchased a road frameset from Veloholic to build up a new bike. The frame manufacturer included some wrong parts in the box, which unfortunately required me to go back to the shop for assistance. Thankfully, the Veloholic team were quick to replace the incorrect part immediately from their floor stock, making it their problem instead of mine. The mechanic also stopped what they were doing to put my partially assembled bike on the repair stand and diagnose an issue I was having with n... read more
