This review is for the billing intake. The most ignorant rude people to work in the medical profession. Rude and unprofessional. They made my five year old cry by the way they talked to me. We are coming to you, either sick or with sick children and you just yell or roll your eyes when you are in error. The lot of you are in the wrong profession. Go work at Wendy’s or Sheetz. The medical professionals in the back are fantastic and empathetic and kind. But the billing people are just pure garbage.

She proceeded to act as though I was an inconvenience for coming in and rudely handed me the paperwork for new clients. She relayed in a short tone that she couldn’t guarantee a wait time, ... read more
Pointless and useless to go with a kid with illness I understand you can't treat flu I accept that but PA was not helpful at all in treatment of flu and would not excuse him for the days he had missed with a positive flu test my kid doesn't miss school but felt treated like I was reaching out for excuses witch is not case I care about my sons future and went solely to excuse his absence due to flu that is shutting down schools and was treated like I was trash
