They were quick and very friendly. Garrett was very quick at identifying issues and resolutions, but still took the time to look at everything and ask questions. Im not sure why there are so many bad reviews, I had a really great experience
Calling for an appointment, as the website’s reservation system wasn’t working, the woman that answered the phone had the audacity to answer the phone with, “What?!?” No hello, no name of the organization, no kiss my arse or anything, just, “What?!?” Oh, it got better. Pretty rough front staff. Rude. Cold tone. And very ugly faces.Pray you never need to come here!
DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! GO TO AUGUSTA HEALTH URGANT CARE!!! Every time I have visited this place i come out of there very unsatisfied. Mostly due to the front staff not the providers. Tonight my husband goes in there with a scheduled appointment for terrible back pain, goes to pay 100 upfront and then was told they couldn't take 100s, left to go break the 100s. Normally the encounters I have here are okay, but we brought my little brother in to be seen for a long slew of symptoms and the nurse that did his vitals had awful bedside manner and the nurse was short and lacked empathy.
