AMAZINGGGGGGGGG. These guys are true pros and great to deal with. Everyone was so kind. The owner and Jacob were welcoming, and even brought my son into the shop to show him some of the “race cars”. The entire process was a lovely experience - quick, easy and no drama. They DEFINITELY know exactly what they’re doing, not to mention that it was almost half the price that I was quoted by other shops in the lower mainland who were also super rude on the phone to me. I called Velocity while I was at Area 27 as I desperately needed new front brakes installed on my Porsche as I still had 1.5 days to go. Jacob was very helpful understood my "urgent" request. He said to bring my car right in, which I did. He prioritized my car and I was in and out in just over an hour. I was back on the track in no time. Excellent customer service!
Spoke directly with the owner and he was very patient and informative. I was unable to afford their two-piece light weight rotors but their Porterfield racing brake pads are amazing. I look forward to installing more performance parts from Velocity AP when my checking account bulks back up

I've purchased a few of their top-notch products over the years, and finally visited them in-person for a suspension modification just today. These guys are just the best. From touring their shop, seeing their projects, and speaking with them, it was apparent that the thought, care, foresight, and imagination that go into their product development and execution are among the standout elements of their business. On top of that, their customer service is unmatched within this industry, in my experience.
