Cellular Service and Home Electronics What a nice home town business offering national service. They were very helpful with answering any questions and helping me understand what my needs were. I almost bet they are NOT on a pay per service deal. No pressure to purchase anything. I would recommend this business to anyone I know.
unethical Velocity wireless does not honor the refer a friend policy they advertise. the customer service is inadequate. I did refer a friend for the 25.00 credit toward my bill. After three phone calls to them, and one visit the 25.00 has not appeared. this was two months ago two bills ago my friend and I still have service thru velocity but not for long. VERY UNETHICAL. don,t offer something if you can not deliver it!!
