Got my second set of rims and I'm loving it just rolling on some new rims
Wouldn't even discuss my 1 year warranty with me. I waited for months for a phone call to be diverted back to q vendor they use that's giving me the run around.
Shipping multiple unusable rims with multiple QC problems. One of their vendors says the same thing.Velocity is refunding only the purchase price and wants to keep the shipping. Making excuses. Switching to H + Sons HB14 which appears to be just as good.
