Front receptionist in outpatient center, suite 102 is extremely rude & unprofessional. She has an attitude for no reason and was extremely rude to my friend. Her name was Connie. She also yelled patient information across the lobby several times during our visit.
Adding to the many others who have left reviews about lack of confidence in care received. I had an incredibly common asthma issue. I was given a bandaid prescription and told my inhalers should clear up my breathing. When I called back 3 days later to say my symptoms hadn’t improved I was told I would need to make another appointment to be seen that nothing could be done otherwise. The service here , was lousy and arrogant I have a particular problem with LaToya J. She was inconsiderate of my needs and made me feel unwelcomed I doubt I’ll ever return to this location
I’d give it zero stars if I could. Made an appointment for 11am for a TB screen. Was there early & checked in on the ipads. iPad said thanks for checking in, just wait to be called. I sit waiting until 11:35am, by which point 3 people without appointments have been taken before me. I go to the desk to ask. One of the front desk ladies tells me I needed to fill out a form. This place is terrible and I would not recommend to anyone. I scheduled an appointment for 10 am. I walked in an immediately was asked if I had an appointment scheduled in a rude tone. I was not greeted in a friendly manner. I was told to check in on tablet, and even tho I scheduled an appointment there would be a 2 hour wait as appointments don’t guarantee a time to be seen.
