I needed urgent medical assistance and my primary care physician was unavailable so I reached out to Sentara Urgent Care (New Town Williamsburg location) and they got me right in via a very convenient online scheduler. 100% satisfied with the care received. Shoutout to NP Shelly for being attentive, kind, and quick to diagnose and provide a treatment plan.
Very quick, I appreciate how fast it was considering I have waited upwards of 4 hours at other urgent cares.
We were turned away because they “were too full”. Not a single person was in the waiting room - except for us. We went to another urgent care - 15 people in the waiting room. We were not turned away. Avoid Sentara!!
Shelly Brown the NP, there is very professional, competent and understanding. She listened to my needs and didn’t make me feel like I was being rushed even though they were busy.
