No sense of urgency or care in the world. Rude front desk workers, didn’t care that I needed to be seen and not given any options as to be seen. Sentara Urgent care has gone down hill over the years. Just keep my business with Williamsburg urgent care up the street.
Today I visited with my daughter for a TB test. Orlon was so kind and patient. He took his time and explained everything thoroughly. He is an amazing asset to this facility.
