I needed urgent medical assistance and my primary care physician was unavailable so I reached out to Sentara Urgent Care (New Town Williamsburg location) and they got me right in via a very convenient online scheduler. 100% satisfied with the care received. Shoutout to NP Shelly for being attentive, kind, and quick to diagnose and provide a treatment plan.
Very quick, I appreciate how fast it was considering I have waited upwards of 4 hours at other urgent cares.
We were turned away because they “were too full”. Not a single person was in the waiting room - except for us. We went to another urgent care - 15 people in the waiting room. We were not turned away. Avoid Sentara!!
