I was seen at the centerBrooke location. Arrived at 12pm and was told there was no provider in this office on the weekends and I would have to wait to be seen via telegraph appointment. That they only have 1 laptop to be used for telehealth appointments. My appointment was set for 1 pm. There was 1 person ahead of me. I was seen at 130pm. The nurse came in, swabbed me for flu, strep, and covid and literally just left!!!. No the doctor will be with you shortly, or anything! I walk out the room, she sitting there looking stupid eating lunch. So if I’m positive for strep, why not just come in and say that! Been sitting here for an hour just for them to tell me to go pick up the prescription. No bed side manner or customer service what so ever. I will NOT be coming back to this place under Sentara. When it was Velocity I never had this issue
I will never return to this office after two abysmal experiences in a row with the same receptionist.
Says 10min wait online however we waited 1.5hrs just to get into the exam room and another 45 mins waiting for a doctor to come in to perform a sports physical that takes all of 10 mins?? There’s hardly no one in here, 2-3 ppl maybe?? Might as well go to Obici or make an appointment with your primary care doctor
