I will not go there again. The NP barely looked at the bite area. Only touch it bc I started rubbing on it. Hopefully it won't get worse.
Sentara Urgent Care is not what it used to be. Since transitioning from Velocity Urgent Care, the quality of service has drastically declined. I wish I could give 0 stars. Wait times are consistently over an hour, even when you reserve a time slot. Offering “reserved” spots while allowing walk-ins to be seen first is misleading and completely defeats the purpose. I had an appt for 1:20 and it's 2:11. My son has still not been seen. I asked what the hold up was and I was informed that I had been placed in the Que and there's still 4 people ahead of me. Unless all of these people had appts prior too 1:20, I don't know why I am still sitting here with a sick child.
