Customer service could be more considerate with how they communicate and talk to their patients. They have such a nonchalant attitude towards you when you are trying to get information from them regarding your care.

This was my first visit since the change from Velocity to Sentara. Somehow we’ve always ended up here on a Sunday morning when we’ve gone. When it was velocity, we were in and out within 30 minutes without feeling like our time was rushed through. Today, we waited an hour before the NP “saw” my son. We waited an hour for 3 minutes of the NP’s time. When she came in, she obviously didn’t pay attention to what I wrote on the paper about my son’s symptoms.
