Useless. Don’t waste your time
Good place and good doctors
Went in on Monday March 31st for positive Flu A testing and was seen and treated within 45 minutes.
I've been here twice. Reception/check in ladies need more training in customer service (both face to face and on the phone). The staff inside were very cordial, caring and take their time in examining me as the patient. Patty Chapelle, NP impressed me during my examination. I prefer quality patient care and not a drive by care. I highly recommend Sentara Urgent Care! (Don't get too upset with the front desk attitude)
Friendliest staff you could ever ask for! Friendly, Very Knowledgeable, they really go the extra mile to make sure you're treated properly and diagnosed correctly! Thanx Ladies!!
