Ms. Renee was so helpful, even though her office was only doing telehealth. She pointed me in the right direction for help. She was patient with me when I had questions and assured me that I would be in good hands. Very pleasant!
Very not urgent. Made appointment for 5. Still waiting an hour and 15 minutes later. While all employees sit around and chat or go in and out of the building making personal phone calls. Sentara really should hire more competent employees
From the moment we walked in until we left, everyone was fantastic! When Justin came into the room he immediately made us feel like family. He was personable and kept the mood light and fun! Despite how ill i was feeling, he made us laugh and informed us of every step with such care. It takes a special kind of person to manage all the stress that comes with his position and still show so much passion for his job and his patients. Thank you so much Justin! You're the best!
I visited the urgent care facility on May 22nd for an appointment scheduled at 10 AM. Upon arrival, I sat in the front lobby for three hours without being able to check in. The lobby was full, and I waited as all the other patients were seen. Eventually, I inquired at the front desk and discovered that I had never been marked in the system. Went in at 4:15, explained my situation and was told there was no provider in the office. What's the point of being open if there's no provider?
