This facility has a very narrow scope of presentations they manage. I’ve tried visiting this office 3 times over the past year and each time I’ve ended up going to afc. Just go to afc.
The ladies at the front desk are phenomenal and answered every question I had (visited this location multiple times). They had me in and out of here relatively quickly so I could go home and sleep off the sickness. Hopefully I don't have to come back but if so.. at least I know I'm in good hands.
I visited Sentara Urgent Care at Harbor view Friday April17th and had the best experience. From the second I walked in I was treated with kindness and respect. The staff and physicians took such good care of me and I can't thank them enough. They have an incredibly difficult job to do and I am just so grateful for them. I always feel at ease when I walk in knowing I am going to get the best care. Thanks so much for all you do!
DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME IF YOU NEED ANY TYPE OF IMAGING DONE FOR INJURY!!! They will take your copay to tell you all they can do is give you medical release from work and then charge the insurance company!!! This place is a big insurance scam!!!
This was one of the most positive and pleasant experiences I've ever had in regard to medical service. Renee at the front desk made me feel very relaxed and welcomed, wven when I was in a great deal of pain. Doc Rachel and her staff were kind, listened to me, and I feel that my treatment was delivered with care and positivity. I didn't even have to wait more than 2 minutes to be seen, so no waiting room blues. Thanks to you all again!
