From the front desk Renee to the nurses to the provider Ruth, everything about my experience was wonderful and positive. I felt valued as a patient and welcomed like family. The lobby was clean and comfortable. I had an overall great experience and will return for any of my urgent care needs.
It was a great experience from start to finish. First, I received several reminders about my appointment, which I find helpful. Next the folks at the reception desk were extremely friendly and were expecting me and had the paperwork all ready for me to fill out when I arrived. The actual PT session I had with Carter was superb. He is very knowledgeable and pinpointed my issue within minutes. He quickly came up with a PT game plan and I had a list of home exercises and stretches to help me feel better in between sessions. Fin... read more
