Asked if you have an appointment or a walk in. Appointments completely goes against what urgent care is supposed to be. We were there since 850 and they didnt even check her in till 950

How do I begin? I’ve been dealing with Riverside for 25 years convinced they were the only ones in the area they can offer medical treatment. They are the worst ever. Their doctors are crap. They’re staffing is usually crap. Riverside is just crap hands-down. Sentara urgent care set the bar extremely high

Just came back from a visit there. Staff was polite and professional and saw me promptly. Feeling sick, this was really the urgent care experience I needed. This is my go-to urgent care facility from now on - it's much better than any other one I've been to.

To avoid inconvenience, do not schedule a high school sports physical if you value reliability and a confirmed appointment. An attending physician has proven unreliable on back to back scheduled appointments, and we’re not willing to try a third time. It’s hard to argue with the “family emergency” excuse. Heather in the front office however was very helpful and accommodating with the actual over the phone scheduling.

My experience was great! I walked in at 3:40 PM on a Thursday and was being seen at 4:00 PM. The check in process was smooth and all of the nurses were incredibly kind. Most importantly, I felt heard. This is the least stressed I’ve ever been at a medical appointment. Round of applause for all these lovely ladies!
