Do not go to this place. Set appointment just to sit in waiting room for 2 hours. Then in the exam room for another hour until someone comes in. Better off going to a hospital for a quick response. I don’t see this place lasting for much longer
The doctor at this urgent care completely missed the obvious signs of a staph infection. This lack of awareness, critical thinking, and failure to diagnose a common condition in athletes is unacceptable and could have led to serious complications. I would not trust them with any urgent medical issues.

This place is the absolute worst. Thank god Riverside is coming to the area as Sentara is doing things ass backwards. Yes there should be waiting at an urgent care, but scheduling walk in appointments for six hours later and turning people away because there are no more walkin appointment times? Doesn’t that defeat the purpose of an urgent care? Online it states walkins are welcome with a 20-50 min wait. DO NOT GO HERE IF YOUR DYING OR NOT DYING I Went in for a rapid drug screen. They ended up doing a full physical that I didn’t need because they misread the work order… they misplaced my paperwork and didn’t get it to the health service coordinator that processes the paperwork until a week later when I was informed about it… then to top it all of they failed to send the chain of custody form to the drug lab so the records couldn’t be released to my employer.
