The NP that they have in the Carrollton location need be fired ASAP if she doesn’t like her job she need to find another mind u I had an appointment at 6:30 and didn’t get seen til 8 there were people after me who came that were seen before me . Do NOT go to this sad excuse of an urgent care. The facility seriously lacks professionalism, has inconsistent hours, and makes patients make appointments prioritizing them over walk-ins as if its an actual doctor's office. Would not recommend. Either the entire staff needs replaced or facility needs shut down.
I arrived at 8:15am and doors were locked. Called and was told “yeah, we’re not open yet we’re going to open around 9ish”. Waited until 9, went online and checked in saying I was on the way and would arrive within 15 minutes. Received a text that I was #1 in line. Went inside to check in with reception and was told I scheduled for 11am. I told her no, I said on the way, arriving within 15 mins AND got the text confirming I was 1st. Business hours listed here as 8-4 Saturday and Sunday, when you call the number it says the same thing, Saturday and Sunday 8-4. Went there and they’re closed.
Says open on weekends when you check online and they are not. on the door its Monday threw Friday
