I'm from Ramirez Transport. I don't know how it has 5 stars. If they are thieves, I wanted to buy a truck. I left a check as a guarantee, but I was waiting for approval from their financial institution. But their financial institution never approved us. With a credit score of 8.50, and so they changed the check. Be careful. I trusted their word. They are thieves.
If you want professional service with stellar staff, this is the place! EVERYONE is absolutely fantastic at this location. I called them the "Super J Team" ( Jay: supervisor, Josue A., and Jacob) fixed our unit while keeping us updated on progress EVERY step of the way. While we waited in the driver lounge we were checked on MULTIPLE times by Vanessa: regional safety manager and Stephen: regional manager.
