Here we are again. This is the third time we brought our electric Rizon truck to Velocity and with no surprise its the third time we left disappointed. This time we left the truck with 85 mi. We got it back with 48 miles.. This one was a recall issue. We asked them to be sure to plug in our truck and they refused to do so. Unfortunately this is the only facility to have the Rizon EV truck worked on. Over Priced & Zero Customer Service. This time they literally stole fuel from us.
