Kristen & Josh were very nice. Needed inner wheel seals done on our 2025 Western Star but had to have it done that day. Thankfully they were able to accommodate us, they even let us bring our 2 Boston Terriers inside the driver's lounge (very clean facility). If we're ever in the Huntsville area & need work done, this will be the place!
I called and spoke with Kristen to let her know we needed a PM service done and when we would be in the area. She also verified all parts since we have a 2026 Freightliner before service was done. Service was quick and same day. Very professional service and great on communication. Hope to see you all again.
