The absolute worst
I brought my truck in on 1/13/25 to replace a head gasket. My truck sat in there shop until Wednesday before they ever touched it. They didn’t order my parts until Thursday. The parts came in Friday at noon, the tech never touched my truck Friday. I went down there to check this morning, Sean tells me tech doesn’t work on Saturday, he won’t be back until Monday. This has costed me over $900 in hotel room charges. These people are incompetent, and corporate needs to clean house at this shop and start over, before they get sue... read more
