Avoid Velocity Truck Centers in Nashville TN (319 Fesslers LN) if you can. I am extremely disappointed in my experience with Velocity Truck Centers. My driver took my 2019 Freightliner Cascadia DD13 in because the Aftertreatment System indicator light came on. After holding my truck for 9 hours with little communication, they told me I needed a DEF pump. To make a long story short, they sent me an invoice for a whopping $2800 to change the DEF pump and that was with a discount. Let me remind you they charge over $250 per lab... read more

I’d give them zero if I could. They’ll straight up lie to you and act like nothing happened. Said they’d get us in today, had it towed, checked it in, and now there’s a “possibility” they can get it in the following day after lunch. Straight up bait and switch. Place has gone from bad to worse since Velocity bought them out. Save yourself the trouble. Pay the extra tow bill to a better dealership that will tell you the truth from the outset. No one gets paid to sit in the shop and while they know it, they don’t care

WORST SHOP EVER!!!!! Don't bring your truck here for service unless you want to be ripped off. I am local to the Nashville area. I've brought my truck to Velocity Truck center on 2 different occasions and moving forward I'll take my truck anywhere BUT here for service. The first time I came here they didn't fix what I had requested and said they couldn't find a problem.... Ok that happens sometimes. Avoid this business at all cost, worked on my truck on and off for weeks never dedicating a tech to ever really trouble shoot or fix the truck. Always kept in the dark and told we will work on your truck tomorrow and then the same answer the next day. Two weeks sitting waiting that when a tech did look at it was a simple fix. If you have plenty of time and don't need to use your truck to make money and love being treaded rude and ignored take it here Walmart would have been more helpful than what we got here

I wanted to answer who responded to my previous review, he said that what happened with me was not a true, and I said, that your company was charged me a fees of several parts to be replaced and changed but that did not happened, and the power steering parts at my truck still original parts and never been replaced before. two certified local mechanics have been reported that for me and I am in my way to the court to confirm who lied and collected the money without even replace or fix anything. If you value your truck and money STAY AWAY FROM HERE 1st time in was for a deer hit. Took nearly 2 weeks to replace the body damage and repair the dent. When I got there to pick up the truck they didn't replace the wind shield with a huge DOT violating crack in it which resulted in even more down time. 2nd time in was for a electrical issue causing massive truck failure. 2 other freightliners screwed me over with fake fixes because they couldn't figure it out. 7/27/2020 I left my truck over night got a hotel next day around 9 am i get a text that they are working on my paperwork and the truck will be ready after that so i make my way to pick it up paid over 300 dollars just to find out they didn't change my oil filter so I complain so they say we will take the truck and fix it I waited from 9 am and still here and its 5pm so i was mad kept my cool and told them i don't want get anything done there and i want my money back I wasted my time and lost 2 loads now waiting on refund ... read more
