Anne Walsh and Team are absolutely incredible ! I have worked with her on several occasions/ settlements, and she makes every transaction as smooth as can be. I highly recommend anne walsh for anyone looking to use velocity title !
Paperwork process seemed fine, but the virtual closing is a cluster. Never could get logged into it, and as an agent we should be there with our clients. Closing should NOT have started til the agent is present. No way to test the system til they send a link. And no way to troubleshoot as they were doing the closing as I was trying to get online. Poorly designed and managed. They may do very well in person, but avoid the virtual closing at all costs.
I had a great experience with Valerie Hobart at Velocity Title. My closing went smooth and she took her time to explain everything. Thank you Valerie Hobart!
