Bought 4 brand new tires. Got a bubble in my tire and went back to get it changed. They wouldn't replace it because I didnt have a warranty because they didnt offer me one from the beginning. If you need a warranty to have tires replaced, they need to offer that warranty from the beginning since it doesn't automatically come with one.
Had absolute great service here. Eric and his guys provided super fast service! Less than an hour to mount and balance 4 tires. Have always used another place but now will only do business with Velocity.
This location was wonderful and quick to service the vehicle. I coulsnt believe how easy they made it. Thank you Ron!!
