Wonderful Trainers The training staff and programs they put together give a great workout and make it fun as well.. The utilize the Nike SPARQ rating. They offer summer camps and individualized training. Would definitely recommend.
Great Good place. This was the first specialized training facility I visited. The coaches are great and very knowledgeable. I currently am going to the Velocity center in Dallas just because it's a closer location. They are both pretty much the same size and very similar layouts.
cool sports and performance traing at it's highest. not quite as inventive as other facility i've been to but great concept and great staff. grea equipment and on the edge of wonderful.
