From beginning to end. I had a wonderful experience from the girls in the office, the Lead Foreman Jake Lucas, to the men who put the roof on and the man who did the cleanup. Very professional, they all worked steady and efficiently. The foreman explained what was going to happen each step of the way. Answered all my questions, I love my new roof
Had my roof replaced and solar panels installed with velocity roofing. They installed a standard GAF timberline product. It has not even been two months and a storm blew off along section of my shingles on my roof. I don't understand how a brand new roof can have so much wind damage if it was installed properly. To add insult to injury, it is extremely difficult to get a hold of anybody to take care of this problem even though they advertise that they have emergency service. Every person on the work crew was kind and curious. The manager was helpful in making decisions. He kept me updated throughout the job. The job took 2.5 days and they cleaned up so well, you would not know they were there.
Jake and his roofing crew were terrific. Started on time, worked till the job was done in one day as promised. Thicker sheaths put on and an ice shield on a part of the roof without enough slope. Property cleaner after they left than before they arrived. Really nice job. Hope they are still in business 25 years from now so I can use them again.
