I’m very disappointed with my experience. I had to cancel an appointment because i fixed it of my own and was surprised to find that I was charged a cancellation fee of 68$ . While I understand that businesses have policies in place, I don’t feel this was handled fairly or transparently. There was little to no warning about the fee at the time of booking, and no flexibility or understanding when I reached out to explain the situation.
