I had a gravel/road bike fit with Zach after my current setup was causing quite a bit of discomfort at my shoulders and neck after long days in the saddle. Since my bike fit with Zach, I have much more power in my pedal stroke, my pelvis feels more stable in the saddle, and I'm not reaching so far in the drop bars. Trish is such an incredible physical therapist! Truly the best I've ever been to in my life. She is always thinking up a new patient plan for me to keep tweaking what I'm doing to see what helps and what doesn't. It's amazing how much time and effort she is committing to helping me fix long term problems. I can't recommend Trish enough.
