Very honest staff. I was shocked at the level of honesty because I showed them a video where the dealership is over selling me a lot of repairs and pointing at car parts that are still healthy. To re assure me the Tech Tommy actually took me to the back and showed me how to know the suspension is fine and identified the real issue as a tire that's loosing air due to rip and bulge he showed me. Extremely satisfied with my visit at Velocity performance. I took my car in for a checkup and they provided a free vehicle inspection and tests. They are extremely professional when it comes to the diagnostics as they provide examples via pictures or videos of specific concerns or parts that need to be replaced so your not wondering what part they specifically replaced. Overall recommend the shop they’ll get you right.
Velocity performance they did the best for my BMWx1 I’m loving my drive thank you. My rating was 8/10 but after an hour of drive my mind changed to 10/10 these guys really did it… thank you soo much Anthony stay blessed
Extremely unprofessional experience and an example of a bait-and-switch. I brought my BMW in for a quote after calling and scheduling an appointment on an N20 timing chain replacement, oil pump drive and couple other stuff which can be done while doing the timing chain work. The advisor agreed on 12 hrs of blended labor over the phone. I was given a firm estimate of $2,800 when I went there.
