Called for a rear end carrier I needed when no one in town had one. They said its in stock I took off to go pick it up about 1 hour drive. Was able to get my truck running again.

I had won the 429 they were giving away like 2 years ago. Long story short I was gonna start building the motor but they never gave me the blueprint sheet for the shortblock. Months go by with no blueprint sheet still. I take the shortblock to a trusted builder in Dallas only to find out the pistons had melted piston ring glands. Piston rings were barely gapped.
