They seem alright, but were very inconsiderate of my time. I'm sure it was not intentional but that is not excusable. Over a week ago we locked in an appointment, they sent over an electronic estimate form for me to approve and sign, and I did. I took my ‘96 Corvette to Velocity. I could not have been happier with the service and results. They took me as soon as there was an opening, which was not that long of a wait. Their professionalism and care for my vehicle was unprecedented. I even received email updates. In this day and age where good service is so hard to find I was thinking it could be a dream 😉 My Vette and other cars 🚗 have found a new home !
Matt and the team at velocity motor Works are incredible. It did an amazing job on my 2018 grand Cherokee SRT. They can work on basically anything and the quality of workmanship is fantastic. Strongly recommended.
Great shop and crew .. family environment + always happy to educate. Car is in safe hands with them. They previously helped diagnose and fix an issue that was ongoing and nobody else could identify.
This shop never ceases to impress. The team are communicative, knowledgeable and terribly thorough. Especially the diligence in working through custom upgrades/fixes to blend modern and classic automotive parts together. More than the work the coolest part about these lads is the genuine effort to explain and teach the customer what is going on and the fix. Legends all!
