Amazing experience at this place Mr. Brian did a phenomenal job communicating throughout the process of things needed to have my car running to her maximum potential. It was also a pleasure meeting with Mr. Brandon. He’s very knowledgeable and willing to explain reasoning behind things that were repaired or needed to be. He even let me tour the CLEAN shop!
I reached out to Velocity for a pre-purchase inspection, small service, not much revenue; these guys made me feel like it was discussing a $25K performance upgrade, returned every phone call, communicated clearly on every step and detail. I live 200 miles away, but i would consider driving there for my service needs (if i ever buy a car)! IMHO Matt and team are top shelf
They seem alright, but were very inconsiderate of my time. I'm sure it was not intentional but that is not excusable. Over a week ago we locked in an appointment, they sent over an electronic estimate form for me to approve and sign, and I did. Come the morning of, as I'm standing right at their desk they tell me it will no longer be the 2-3 hours, (I was going to wait on the car and get some work done- I didn't personally see a waiting room to sit in, which I asked about the week before and was ignored), but it was going to... read more
I took my ‘96 Corvette to Velocity. I could not have been happier with the service and results. They took me as soon as there was an opening, which was not that long of a wait. Their professionalism and care for my vehicle was unprecedented. I even received email updates. In this day and age where good service is so hard to find I was thinking it could be a dream 😉 My Vette and other cars 🚗 have found a new home !
Matt and the team at velocity motor Works are incredible. It did an amazing job on my 2018 grand Cherokee SRT. They can work on basically anything and the quality of workmanship is fantastic. Strongly recommended.
