Velocity is such a great organization. They are very professional in interactions and their performance is fantastic. Great transparency and clarity in quotes and estimates....and then they astutely follow through. When the work is done, i have confidence in it because it has always proven to deliver the results they tell me it will deliver. I highly recommend them
I had Cayman in for engine overhaul . Very informative, professional, good communication and Friendly service. This is the only place I will take my car in for service. They did an outstanding job! These people don't come around often and when you find businesses like this support them and spread the good word!
Fantastic experience from start to finish doing a first time inspection for my car now that my dealer warranty is expired. Super communicative. Love the digital read out and break down of issues by severity. Jeff was so helpful, explaining repercussions and benefits for each. Pricing is high but it’s appropriate for a luxury car shop. You get what you pay for! Will definitely be coming back.
I took my Macan S in for its 40k service and an oil change this past Monday. Jeff, my service advisor, took care of me and set up everything for my vehicle. The Velocity Motorwerks team made sure my vehicle was operating perfectly and that all services were completed that day. They even stayed after closing to do this which they did not have to do. Excellent and professional service from owner Shaun Tipton, Will and all mechanics at Velocity. They solve any technical issues and stand by their work. Velocity commissioned a full rebuild of my 2006 Porsche Cayman S. Engine increased from a 3.4L to 3.8L. The rebuilt engine in now bulletproof. I highly recommend! I had my second oil change after engine rebuild. The engine is powerful and perfect. My car is turning heads! I am a Velocity customer for life.
