I had Cayman in for engine overhaul . Very informative, professional, good communication and Friendly service. This is the only place I will take my car in for service. They did an outstanding job! These people don't come around often and when you find businesses like this support them and spread the good word!
Had to tow our Range Rover Sport and were lucky this shop was within the covered 5 miles. The team did a great job diagnosing and fixing a belt and wiring issue. Their quoting system was one of the best I’ve seen... detailed photos, clear explanations, and easy to approve repairs online. Great communication throughout and a really friendly staff. Highly recommend if you're looking for a trustworthy shop that works on luxury vehicles.
Excellent and professional service from owner Shaun Tipton, Will and all mechanics at Velocity. They solve any technical issues and stand by their work. Velocity commissioned a full rebuild of my 2006 Porsche Cayman S. Engine increased from a 3.4L to 3.8L. The rebuilt engine in now bulletproof. I highly recommend! I had my second oil change after engine rebuild. The engine is powerful and perfect. My car is turning heads! I am a Velocity customer for life.
My personal experience with Velocity has been nothing short of amazing! The staff is extremely friendly, professional, skilled and detailed. Their platform of diagnosing issues along with fixing needed repairs in a timely manner is superb. Communication is very important to me and Shaun and his staff did a phenomenal job keeping me informed in every area. I will continue using Velocity for simple oil changes to any and all issues that may arise with my vehicle. You will not be disappointed with their services!
Very professional, organized and friendly. Everything was expliained with great attention to detail. I felt like they are trustworthy and good at what they do. Great experience with these guys, I will definately be taking my car to them for future repairs.
