Excellent and professional service from owner Shaun Tipton, Will and all mechanics at Velocity. They solve any technical issues and stand by their work. Velocity commissioned a full rebuild of my 2006 Porsche Cayman S. Engine increased from a 3.4L to 3.8L. The rebuilt engine in now bulletproof. I highly recommend! I had my second oil change after engine rebuild. The engine is powerful and perfect. My car is turning heads! I am a Velocity customer for life.
My personal experience with Velocity has been nothing short of amazing! The staff is extremely friendly, professional, skilled and detailed. Their platform of diagnosing issues along with fixing needed repairs in a timely manner is superb. Communication is very important to me and Shaun and his staff did a phenomenal job keeping me informed in every area. I will continue using Velocity for simple oil changes to any and all issues that may arise with my vehicle. You will not be disappointed with their services!
We tool my daughters VW bug in. The battery had died, we replaced it. The EPC light came back on. We spent $197 and the next day, the car would not start again. We know it is an old vehicle with a lot of miles. But hoped taking to a shop that specializes in foreign cars would help us more. So still without a working vehicle. What they did was great. But did not solve the issues. Kind office and staff.
These guys are great, their communication is superb and took great care of my R8. Also accommodated my schedule by allowing me to pick up after hours. Pricing was great too, will definitely be back.
Shaun and his team do quality work. I brought my Cayenne in to have some parts installed and the work was done quickly and with precision. Look forward to servicing my Cayenne and my son’s Macan with Velocity Motorwerks well into the future. Highly recommend!
