Look at cost up front! 280 fee for a auto theft protection fee? I have insurance don’t need a useless policy. Refused to remove. Terrible experience on our end dealing with Faruk. Listed a car for 8995 but wanted to charge 280 extra. Says it doesn’t need to be in sales price. BS business practice

Hi, Gary! I am so sorry that your experience was anything but positive. We pride ourselves on offering the best quality vehicles with the best customer service possible. I would however like to point out that our dealer fees, that were and are always openly disclosed, are non negotiable and required as a cost of doing business. With that being said, we did adjust the $218 theft protection (not $280) out of the price of the vehicle. So you did not pay for it and you still recieved the additional coverage on your new vehicle. ... read more
RecommendedAfter a stressful week of searching for the right car/right price after my vehicle was totalled, I finally found it at Velocity Motorsports. Faruk was wonderful and made the process very easy and stress free. I would definitely do buisness with him again! I loved his little dog, Toby, too. 😊

I inquired about a car I saw online on a Saturday and they said I could come and look at it on Monday. I called when I was on my way to the dealership on Monday, and they said sorry the car is at the shop. So why didn’t anyone communicate that since I had just talked to a salesman on Saturday? Oh well, they said I could come back Tuesday which I was fine with. Then on Tuesday the car was still at the shop.
