Very disappointing experience — issue not resolved! I visited Velocity - Epic after a friend recommended Jeff to me as someone knowledgeable about vehicle key fobs and related issues. Unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. I have a 2011 Dodge Journey, and I was having an intermittent problem with the key fobs. Sometimes the fob would not unlock the vehicle, forcing me to open the car manually.
