I was met same day, one hour after calling, to have two locks changed. Service was professional, informative, and swift. Thank you for taking excellent care.
Rude guy. His attitude is attacking. Had me waiting outside for 10 mins because he allow only one customer at a time. He provided me the service with a reasonable price honestly but I left there hating his way of talk.
I've been here a few times in the past year and each time the service has been outstanding. Prices here are very fair compared to other locksmiths in the East Bay. I will definitely be back. Thanks Eddie!
Terrible service, I tried to call to find out how much he would charge me for a service, and he was completely rude.I don't recommend it to anyone
Came sooner than he said on a Saturday morning to help with a lock out. Was flexible to my needs, patient and helpful. His price was very fair and he had integrity - not always easy to find in a locksmith. He is a quiet person who listens and wants to help but is not effusive. I would recommend him and employ his services any time.
