Absolutely Amazing!!! Unit stopped working in the afternoon, on one of the hottest days. Velocity had someone out to our house the next morning! James was wonderful and so knowledgeable! We now have AC for the next 100 degree day!
The technician, James, diagnosed the issue quickly and resolved it very quickly. He was knowledgeable, explained things well, and was very respectful. I highly recommend him and Velocity.
