Stay away from this bank. Rude employees. Terrible website. Will nickle and dime you and scam you. Perhaps the worst bank I’ve dealt with to date. Really better to go with another credit union or even a big bank like Wells Fargo.

I'm writing this review as an HONEST customer review of the indoor redo that has been done @ RR location. What are ya'll thinking? I felt like I was waiting on my nurse to bring my medication while being in a mental institution! That white and absolutely no pop of color or even plants inside...how bizarre! Ya'll need to rethink this location. I LOVE the New Hope location vibe! Ya'll need to mirror that.
I came in with an issue that I was scared was not going to be able to be taken care of. Thankfully Danielle H. was able to help me out. I came in very worried about my account and left more relieved. Thank you to Danielle for being an outstanding employee.
