Banked here over 30 years & got kicked to the curb because I was scammed
Poor customer service both in-person and over the phone! I was their customer since 2012 until now I decided to stop banking with Velocity Credit Union since their services and customer service are worse. Plus their online banking system is complicated even though it has been updated!
