We agree with the other negative reviews about Mack Miessner of Velocity as this happened to us also. It was nothing but lies and delays for months. Hardly any work was done with many false promises, we lost thousands of dollars. We tried to resolve this with the contractor who is now in jail, still no resolution. Mack portrays himself as a nice guy and is so skillful at lying that he has an answer for every question so you end up trusting him and then get ripped off. Potential clients beware.
We had hired velocity for a kitchen and flooring remodel prior to moving into our new home. Everything sounded good at first but quickly went down hill. Little to no communication was received, we went days to week at a time with no contact after paying for services. The project was 2+ months overdue and incomplete when we had to officially fire them.
