I would not recommend this company to people who are looking for a contractor that does work well, without high pricing, which would be fine however the number of change orders and delays could make you think twice. With so many contractors in the area, this is one that needs to be on the bottom of your list.
We needed some dry rot repair and external painting done - looking at it during the pandemic was driving me nuts. We had these weird wooden fixtures on the front of my house that were rotting and I wanted to have them removed and re-stuccoed. We had a few contractors come and bid on the project and do a walkthrough with me. After our HOA contracted Velocity Construction to fix some major water damage in our condo, we worked with Joe Haggerty to coordinate our repairs/renovation. I was expecting a baby at the same time construction started and was worried how much I’d have to manage but Joe made the entire process smooth and seamless. Joe and his team helped with replacing the drywalls and insulation, re-painting, lighting, and also helped coordinate a flooring company to come onsite to install hardwood flooring.
