We needed some dry rot repair and external painting done - looking at it during the pandemic was driving me nuts. We had these weird wooden fixtures on the front of my house that were rotting and I wanted to have them removed and re-stuccoed. After our HOA contracted Velocity Construction to fix some major water damage in our condo, we worked with Joe Haggerty to coordinate our repairs/renovation. I was expecting a baby at the same time construction started and was worried how much I’d have to manage but Joe made the entire process smooth and seamless. Joe and his team helped with replacing the drywalls and insulation, re-painting, lighting, and also helped coordinate a flooring company to come onsite to install hardwood flooring.
