The apps I have to use are terrible. There are 3 different apps I've had to download. Payment method is terrible. I've had to call twice so far out of three visits to remind them to enter or upload my payment. The schedule for my last visit said 1 and 1/2 hrs but I was still there for 4 hrs and that's only because we had to cut it short.
I like the way they control the research. But when it comes to payment right now it not good, they used to use a visa card ant it was GREAT ...BUT THEY DON'T USE THAT SYSTEM ANYMORE....AND THAT IS A PROBLEM.
Update on 2/23/23... This clinical trial has been great, the people running it are great and the monthly money 💰 I went on a week vacation, much thanks to is a great clinic, I'm part of the RSV clinical trial looking for a new vaccine for this sickness... fantastic people running it and I'm very happy to be a small part of it, for the last week and hopefully much longer!!!
