I have been incredibly educated and supported by the team at Velocity! As a member for the last 4 years, Velocity has been a steady and evolving source of education, encouragement, and friendship. I love Velocity! The community that Chelsea, Brad, Tori, and Autumn have built is unlike any other. The coaches here care about each member as a whole person, rather than just how well they perform in the gym. They adapt to each member's personalized goals and truly care about our outcomes - both phsyically and mentally. This is a unique gym to be a part of and I am proud to call myself a member.
