Velocity Air did a fantastic job with advising us on a new a/c unit and installing it in a very, tricky hard to reach please! Excellent customer service and excellent products that they offer. We highly recomment then to anyone who has HVAC needs! Ask for Stefin!
Very nice, Very knowledgeable, answered all my questions and didn't make a mess and provided free batteries for my AC unit.
Stefin was able to schedule his tech, John, to come out the very next day for my non-emergency service call. Call was handled professionally and John showed up the next morning on schedule and was able to quickly diagnose the problem and fixed it that very morning as well. John didn't try to sell me unneeded services or try to sell me a new system (even though I am probably overdue!). Great experience all around! Good people, professional attitude, prompt service, good price. What more can I ask for??
Velocity air was able to secure construction drawings on a 30 year old building in our church so that we can upgrade our A/C systems. They went the extra mile to do this.
