Neil is a highly skilled HVAC technician, a great communicator/educator, and a transparent businessman. Just had Neil come by yesterday per a Reddit recommendation and he was great. His pricing is reasonable, communication was easy (responds quickly to texts) and he explained everything so well. I’m a DIY person but my issue dealt with our mini split’s pressure being slightly low so it wasn’t something I felt comfortable addressing. I felt I could trust his diagnosis and felt good with the overall cost. Would highly recommend him!
