Great gym, only downfall is they don’t have specific ladies room (it’s pretty much just two men’s rooms) & it’s gross in both of them from men. I would love a ladies room with no wieners entering.
I joined Velocity as it was close to my home and decided to try out working with a personal trainer about a year ago. That is when I began training with Linda who is an awesome trainer and continue to train with her since I joined the gym. She designed a workout specific to my needs and I am very happy with the results I have achieved. She makes our workouts challenging as well as fun and motivates me to improve myself with an overall healthy lifestyle. I would highly recommend Linda for a personal trainer.
I currently work with trainer Linda Russo, she is such a good motivator to help me stay the course for a better healthier version of myself. The gym is always clean, equipment new and staff pleasant.
Linda is the best Trainer I have ever worked with. My back has never felt better and my stength has returned.
Clean, quiet, quaint, friendly, all the necessary equipment, no drama.
