I just rented from Veloce for the second time. Again, a great experience. I was the first rider on a sweet new Orbea roadbike and had a beautiful spin through the wine country. Great service and good prices. I'll definitely rent from VeloceBicycles again!
Not the best customer service! I was ignored and a customer who came in after me was acknowledged first! It sounded like they had improperly installed a tube on a kid's bike and it failed minutes after installation! I'll take by business elsewhere!
I'm saddened to hear that this shop is closing. I've had nothing but good, personable service from Veloce. Brent and his staff have been down-to-earth, friendly and knowledgeable when ever I've visited them. Not to mention, it's pretty close to where I live, which is nice. But mostly it just feels like a nice place to be when you're inside chatting with the guys. Brent understands and practices excellent customer service. Every time I have a question no matter how simple or obvious about bikes new or old, it is answered with consideration and is always based on experience and knowledge. What I really appreciate is his mechanical prowess, regardless of how common or exotic my bike maybe, it is serviced correctly on time and the first time. I bring without hesitation both my road and mtn bikes to Brent at Veloce.
