Great experience living at Velo so far! The leasing process was smooth and easy, and everyone working here that I’ve encountered is so kind. Up to this point, the communication has not only been timely, but also empathetic and understanding towards the tenants that live here, and it’s clear they care about the residents. My partner and I had a very pleasant experience touring the apartment complex with Halee. She showed us around at the many impressive amenities and allowed us to see two different floorplans. Throughout the tour, she was friendly and knowledgeable, giving us helpful information and answering questions I had before I even needed to ask them. Beautiful property and friendly staff
I love living here! Velo is super pet friendly and the office team is always wanting us to stop by for pets and treats! Halee is always so helpful and so nice when I stop by!
The new office staff is very professional and always a joy to talk to. Very helpful when needed.
