Great experience living at Velo so far! The leasing process was smooth and easy, and everyone working here that I’ve encountered is so kind. Up to this point, the communication has not only been timely, but also empathetic and understanding towards the tenants that live here, and it’s clear they care about the residents. I’ve had maintenance stop in a couple times, and they’ve been quick to take action and find us a solution. The gym is the best one I’ve seen in an apartment by a landslide. My partner and I had a very pleasant experience touring the apartment complex with Halee. She showed us around at the many impressive amenities and allowed us to see two different floorplans. Throughout the tour, she was friendly and knowledgeable, giving us helpful information and answering questions I had before I even needed to ask them.
