i appreciate the commitment to maintaining a respectful and welcoming community. i know it can’t be easy this time of year to keep politics out of things but it is very appreciated no matter who anyone is voting for that people feel safe within their homes. I’m very grateful to live here! the amenities are amazing. the staff is quick to respond.
One word summary; underwhelming. Velo Riverside markets itself, per their website, with the usual buzzwords like "Meticulous Design" and "Discover luxurious living". I guess the loophole there is in the word "Design", because they're not meticulously constructed that's for sure. To list some things noted on move-in: -Cabinet drawers are uneven or rub wood on the cabinets themselves when opened -The glass shower door has a thumbnail-size chip out of it -My patio door has a gap that's just open to the outside world -Carpet ins... read more
I love living at Velo! When we came to tour the place last January, we fell in love, and still really enjoy being here 8 months later! Very spacious apartments with large islands and plenty of cabinet space. The amenities they offer are great. They have a beautiful common area, which is always kept clean and organized, a nice gym with protein powder, rooftop lounge with river view, courtyard with cornhole and tv, pet spa, office with free prints, valet trash, and many events held with plenty of free drinks and food.
