Always satisfied with their bike tuneups. I bring my Cannondale Synapse there every spring. Honest and thorough. Knowledgeable staff. Good selection of bikes. Love their Tues night summer rides. There is a pace for everyone. Great community engagement.
We really enjoy having Velo City close to our house, we have brought both bikes in for fixes and they were quick and affordable. Also love the kids programs in the summer, esp. the ice cream ride! Great place for biking needs!
Great people doing great things for the cycling community and the community in which they reside. Awesome sales people, awesome repair guys, and awesome owners. Everyone is friendly and helpful. Stop in for a visit any time you are in Holland.
Friendly staff. They do quick repairs that make your 30 year old bike seem new again.
