Will never use their services again, I have been buying parts at this dealership for approx 4 years and when I stopped there on Jan 6/2025 to ask the service dept to try and troubleshoot a problem with a furnace they couldn’t be bothered to let me speak to a service tech . I will not darken their door again. I then went to Western RV Country and they were more then willing to help me out.
I bought a trailer from these guys on August 01 of 2025. I was very pleased with my dealings with Randy and the rest of the team. When I went to pick my trailer up I was brought into the back and one of the service technicians took my wife and myself around the trailer and showed us most of the things we needed to know. I had noticed when we were walking under the front overhang ( 5th wheel trailer) I had noticed the pin for the breakaway switch was just hanging there.
