I’ve been meaning to write a review since we hit the road to go camping at the of June to a family reunion but this month has been crazy. I just want to say how amazing vellner is to deal with. We bough a used camper there last June and our camping season was great. We get the camper ready to go out for our first trip this year end of June and the battery is dead, my husband forgot to take out and disconnect the battery over the winter totally out fault. Nothing but great things to say about the staff here! As a female buying a trailer it can be intimidating to do it alone but all the staff were great. Lenore was amazing to deal with, she showed me the trailers I went in there wanting to see without question, she was able to answer the questions I had.... when I realized what I researched online didnt align with what I wanted she was able to stick within my budget with my trailer wants.
