Never get your camper serviced/winterized from vellners. I went to grab it this weekend from our storage place to get it ready for camping season and Vellners left it a complete mess. They pulled stuff out and didn’t put any of it back. They took off the wood that blocks the pumps from under the sink and didn’t put any of it away. My husband and I bought a brand new trailer from this dealership and we had so many problems with it that after about 6 months we were ready for a trade in and spoke with Mitch Vellner who was aware of all the issues that we have had. He was open to a trade showed us a couple trailers and we chose one and have had it for almost a year and it's been perfect for us!
